Here are the Ponies at School. Clara said the front and back big ponies are the teachers and the little ones were lined up to go play outside...sounds very much like something from her days at preschool!

The new room is done...sort of...

Our contractor finished the job last Thursday, or so he thought. With a closer look, he apparently thought it was okay to do a completely different texture on the new wall, as well as a crappy paint job. He says that he will retexture the week, but my question is, why did he not just do it right the first time....hmmmmm.....Anway, from the photos you can't tell, so this is the view from the hallway and from inside the room!

What does Daddy do while Mommy is doing laundry?

First Day of School!

Clara started school last week! She was SO cute in her little new outfit. This is the her third year at St. Andrew CLC and she was excited! Her new teachers' name is Miss Lauren (the same name as her best friend) so that was a bonus! She will be going Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays!

Make room for baby...literally a room!

When we found out baby number three was coming, we knew we needed another bedroom. I am so attached to the girls rooms that I just could not bear the thought of having to changing their rooms and switch themes. Plus, Gram has made wonderful personalized items that match each girls room, what would I do....I mean there in only one light switch in a room and both girls have adorable personalized switch plates. So we had two choices, move (not an option right now with the market and our upcoming career move) or wall the loft into a room. So the construction began. First we had the basement painted to match the rest of the house. We moved the loft furniture downstairs. I love it. I have a cute little room and it feels very nice down there. Now, we are doing the wall. It is still in progress and I will post finished pictures, but here are some before and during!

So if Brian opens a bottle of beer, Nora is all over it. She just wants to hold it and chew on it. So every time, Brian patiently gets back up, pours his beer into a glass, carefully rinses out the bottle and hands it over to Nora. As you can see, it makes her very happy!
