Pumpkin Carving is...

a lot of work for mom and dad. We decided to carve a pumpkin this year. I don't think I have done it in 30 years or so, so this was the year as Clara has figured it out. She was very excited to scoop out the guts, but really lost interest when she could not handle the sharp knife. So about half way through the pumpkin carving, Brian is carving the face away, I am rinsing the seeds to roast (because they just sounded good) while Clara and Nora were playing away with toys! I did get some good pictures and my seeds were AWESOME!

Here is what I did if you want to try it:

Clean and rinse two cups of seeds, pat dry. Put in a bowl and toss with 1 1/2 tsp of Worshchesitre (sp) sauce, 1 1/2 T of melted butter and 1 1/4 tsp of seasoning salt. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 for about an hour, turning a couple of times.

Clara scooped...

Nora watched while having dinner...

Lucy and Linus prayed something got dropped from the high chair (fat chance!)
Daddy carved a beautiful pumpkin!

Papa and the kids!

At Billy and Kristie's baby shower, Papa got a picture with all of his grandkids! Devin is 15, Clara is 3, Nora is 1 and Beau is 2 1/2 months! Coming soon will be Baby Girl Counts due in November and Baby Girl Lynch in March! Papa will really have his hands full then! Nora has decided that Papa is okay. She has it figured out that he is the guy who shares his cake. She even reached out for him...what that girl will do for sugar! Look at her in the picture...she is smiling!!

Riverbrook Halloween Party!

The Pham's hosted the annual halloween party this year. It was quite fun and lots of fun costumes! The kids liked dressing up! Brian and I dressed up as rabbits...since we are producing about as fast as them! I am sure more pictures will follow of Clara the butterfly and Nora the caterpillar as we have a lot of Halloween activies! Oh...how the pictures of the Halloween party has changed!

Dear Baby Girl Lynch,

What a great day! We found out that our family will be completed by another little girl. How exciting! Clara will be so happy as she said she wanted another sister since "boys stink!" Nora will have a wonderful sister to play with who is so close to her age. Your daddy adores his little girls more then anything, so you will be the recipient of that love and I could not be more proud and honored to nuture another little girl! We are so excited to meet you in March!

Six Years...

And a third baby on the way...phew we are busy! We celebrated at Del Frisco's. Brian surprised me with a nice dinner out. It was so good!

Cute Little Pumpkins!

This past weekend we went to pick out some pumkins at a local church who had a ton of pumpkins. Thanks to Nana for the cute shirts and Gram for Clara's cute hair ribbons! The girls looked perfect!

Nora stats and a few more party pics!

Nora had her one year check up on Friday....a whole 14 pounds, 12 ounces and 28.5 inches long. Dr. Bublitz said she is growing and looks good, just a small kid. She actually weighs less and is a bit shorter then Clara at one year (who was 15 lbs, 3 oz and 30 in long).

The cake!
Gram, Nana and Grandma pose with the birthday girl!
Nora's grandparents came out from Arkansas
Not so happy, but Nora does love her Nana! Nana even babysat this weekend, and Nora was okay with it!
Cutie Cousin Beau joined in the birthday fun with Gram and Grandma Vera (who just moved back to Colorado from California with Grandpa Charlie...yeah!!)

What fun!! Nora is one!!!

Oh my time is flying! Nora turned one last Saturday. We celebrated with a fun party with family and friends. She was having a good time, got a little tired, so we decided to bring out the cake. Nora had not had a taste of sweets yet, but we had a good idea how this was going to go! After singing and then coaxing her to take a bite with a spoon, it was on! She ate very quickly, hardly make a mess on her bib or dress and enjoyed every bite! She passed out after and we opened gifts later in the afternoon. She was lucky to have her grandparents from Arkansas see her celebrate her first bithday. Thanks for all the birthday wishes to Nora! Sweet birthday girl!
Time for cake! She had a mini-ladybug cake!
Lovin' every bite!
Time to get into these gifts!
One toy became a favorite. Nora is trying to take Clara down to get to the gift!

Now the ponies go to dance class!

Go Broncos!!

Everyone got dressed up in Bronco gear to cheer on the Denver team!

A Day at the Zoo!

At the end of September, Nana came down for a day at the zoo!

My computer is having a minor issue...
