Father's Day

Brian got the day of luxury, golfing at Arrowhead with his friends for Father's Day. He had a great time. While he was gone, Les and I took the kids to Wildlife Experience. Once Brian got home, he opened some gifts and then we headed to Dad and Char's to celebrate Father's Day with Papa and see Uncle Joe, who was in town for camping and wish Uncle Nick a Happy Birthday!!

All gathered around for a bite of big cookie!

Dance Recital

Clara and Nora had their dance recital through Dual Star dance studio this past Saturday.  We started the day with getting the girls hair done by Haley where the girls get their hair cut.  Well worth it for me!  They never seem to sit still when I am trying to curl their hair and then I am afraid of burning someone (including myself) so the salon made the most sense!  Then we headed home, got dressed, met Nana and went to the recital.  The girls did great!  Nora was third performance and her class danced to "Point Your Fingers" and then Clara was 13th and her class performed to "Proud Mary"  There were also three other little girls, Mackenzie, Addison and Reagan from the neighborhood who were in it, so it was fun to watch everyone dance!  After the recital, Brian and I took the girls to the mall for pictures (once you spend that kind of money on a dress and hair, you want it photographed!)  The pictures came out very cute and the girls got tons of compliments at the mall in their cute dresses!

Lila's First Haircut

Lila had her first haircut last week!  Clara and Nora were due also, so I took all three in!  Clara went first, then Nora.  I thought Lila would love the pink car chair after her sisters sat in it.  Nope.  She had a fit!  So she had to sit on my lap. Luckily someone was available to take some pictues for me!
Nora's new hair do!
Clara's new hair do!
