As if Nora's accident wasn't enough, we had another incident. On Monday, we were at our neighbors enjoying the sun and fun. Lila fell running around in the yard. Brian was near her and picked her up. She cried for about 35 seconds and then squimed to get back down and run around. That night, when I was putting her to bed, I noticed half of her tooth was missing!! Talk about guilt...how does your baby fall and you don't even notice she knocks out half of her tooth?? I guess she is one tough cookie! I called the pediatric dentist after hours. They said to bring her the next day. The exam was a battle, but luckily, she missed the nerve. He smoothed it out a bit. Because she will have the tooth for quite awhile and it it pretty large and close to the nerve, the doctor is going to put a crown on it next week.
Excuse the oatmeal in the picture. Only can catch this close up while eating. She is always on the go, go, go these days!!
Later that night, Lila woke up around 11. I was carrying her down the stairs. I tripped and fell down four steps, dragging my right foot behind. Nice rug burn on the ankle. Please God, let this be the "three." I have had my fill!
