Merry Christmas and merry it was!! We are deep in tradition in our house. We head to the 3:00 service on Christmas Eve, home to change and leave reindeer food and cookies for Santa at our house, then to Papa and Gram's for presents (LOTS AND LOTS) and dinner, then home to bed. Christmas morning is always at dark-o'thirty, as Clara's excitement gets her up early!! Then the fun begins! The girls get Santa gifts, open presents and then the rest of the day is spent with Brian and I with scissors in hand and doing all we can to release small toys and parts from the grasp of little twist ties to children who want it right away!
Ready for church!
Making sure Rudolph gets a little snack!
Christmas at Gram's is a big deal! The girls opened so many gifts, we could barley get it all home!
Clara loved the Squinkies!
Nora's princesses!
Lila got a hand paitnted rocker from Gram...sorry gram, if you ask her ask her who made it, she says "Papa!"
Dancing Mickey! Lila was so excited she was kissing it and hugging it before it even came out of the box!
Santa has been here!! These girls have been good!
Even Lucy and Linus are remembered by Santa!
This is what our house looked like Christams afternoon, after we unloaded the car!
