We had the bathroom painted...huge improvement from the white walls, with white tile. SOMEDAY...I would like some updates to this area, but this helped a ton!! Thanks to my dad for doing the lights and Bed Bath and Beyond for the steal on the rug ($30!)
We also added a patio to our backyard. We have a small deck off of our kitchen and now at the bottom of the steps we have a nice patio!

Love the outdoor space (so jealous you have a deck AND a patio!) and the bathroom looks great. I am dying to paint ours. It is white on white and badly in need of some paint. Actually, I would like someone to just come in and do my bedroom & bath. They are dull & duller. Like you said..."someday". ;-)
