Nora inherited an American Girl doll, a couple summers ago. Her legs were kind of loose and the last couple of years of playing, you could start to see the strings where her legs attached. So, a few weeks ago we sent her off to the American Girl hospital to be repaired. The cost was $40, less then a new doll, so not horrible! Well, after weeks of waiting she is back! So cute...she came in a new hospital gown, with a hospital bracelet, new socks, her hair combed and braided, plus a sweet "Good Health" certificate with care instructions to give her time to rest and lots of TLC. Here is the best part...she also came with a letter stating the legs were a default of American Girl and she was fixed at no charge!! What a great company to stand behind their product!
